The direct line will be provided between Central Asia and Turkey thanks to Turkey – Caspian Line which is the new shipping route. In addition, trade volume between Turkey, Russia and Central Asia markets is expected to increase with lower-cost regular container transportation through this route.
The new shipping route, which will be initiated by P&O Maritime Logistics with the support of companies within the DP World Yarimca and DP World Group, will provide regular container-based transportation among these markets for the first time. the Turkey – Caspian Line which offers speed and cost advantages, reduces carbon emissions by 17% compared to road transport. The new container line stands out as an ideal route for getting closer trade connections between Turkish companies and Central Asia.
