The ship and yacht sector became the sector that increased its exports the most by exporting 208 million 205 thousand dollars to 74 countries last month.

According to the information compiled from the data of the Turkish Exporters Assembly (TIM), Turkey’s exports in October increased by 19.2 percent compared to the same period of the previous year and amounted to 19 billion 77 million dollars.

Ship and yacht sector exports, which were 41 million 730 thousand dollars in October 2020, increased by 399 percent in the same period of this year to 208 million 205 thousand dollars.

While the ship and yacht sector were the sector that increased its exports the most last month, its share in Turkey’s total exports was 1.1 percent.
