STATE-OF-THE-ART TUGBOAT FROM MED MARINE TO OCEAN GROUP

Turkey’s leading tugboat manufacturer and operator Med Marine has signed a new contract with the Canadian Ocean Group for a state-of-the-art ER97 25 m, 75 TBP tugboat.

The ER97 was specially designed for Med Marine by Robert Allan Ltd. The Ocean Group has chosen the ER97 because of its versatile, multi-purpose, compact, state-of-the-art ASD design with efficient maneuvering and towing capabilities.

The delivery date of the tugboat was set for December 15, 2021. Thereupon, the ER97 will be stationed in Kingston, Jamaica.

The Sales Manager of Med Marine Melis Üçüncü said the following about the contract “It is a pleasure for us to sign a contract with Ocean Group, with whom we have been in dialogue for many years. We wish this contract to be the beginning of a long term partnership.”
