New fire extinguishing boats developed by Uzmar made a debut at Doha Expo.

UZMAR Shipyard, one of Europe’s leading shipyards, has developed a new Aluminum High-Speed Fire Fighting Boat design with a length of 24 meters in response to the latest requirements of Qatar Coast Security to increase their fire fighting capabilities. Developed in collaboration with Robert Allan, the world’s most experienced Canadian firefighting boat designer, the RAnger J-2400 Fireboat was specifically designed for the Gulf Region to provide high-speed emergency response, search and rescue, firefighting and diving operations.

Delivering more than 150 state-of-the-art ships and business boats to 22 countries on 6 continents, UZMAR is a brand that is preferred by world-renowned shipbuilders for sophisticated projects. The company is now prefered by national and foreign government projects due to its powerful presence and expertise in the global maritime field. UZMAR will deliver two 32m “Emergency Response Tugboats” to the  Turkish Directorate of Coastal Safety in the coming months.

The UZMAR Project, 60-meter “Multi-Purpose -Oil Leakage Recycling and Emergency Response Ship” that will be delivered to Kuwait Petrol Company (Kuwait) by the end of March 2021, also manifests itself as the greatest Robert Allan design that is built in Turkey. Despite the pandemic of last year, UZMAR has doubled the capacity of its production facilities and added more customized new models to its product range. Thus, the company can effectively fulfil the demands of both private and public ventures.
