THE TENDER FOR PRIVATIZATION OF GÜLLÜK PORT HAS BEEN APPROVED

The Official Journal has published the Presidential Order for the privatization of Güllük Port, situated in the district of Milas, Muğla.

The tender award for the privatization of the Güllük Port Site in Muğla, owned by the Turkish Maritime Organization, was approved by the Presidential Order. The decision was published and entered into force in the Official Gazette.

ICC Group İnşaat Ticaret Limited Şirketi submitted the highest bid in the tender for the privatization of Güllük Port Field in Muğla, which was organized by the Privatization Administration (PA). ICC Grup İnşaat Ticaret Limited Şirketi submitted the highest bid with 35,250,000 Turkish lira in the tender for the privatization of the site through a method of granting the “right to operate” for 45 years.

The tender award was approved by the Presidential Order and published in the Official Journal.

Accordingly, the decision of the Tender Commission of the Privatization Administration for granting the “right to operate” Güllük Port Site, owned by TMO for 45 years to ICC Grup İnşaat Ticaret Limited Şirketi that submitted the highest bid of 35,250,000 Turkish lira in the privatization tender for the operation of Güllük Port Site as the “Güllük Marina”, was approved.
